Consultant for Change Management, People Operations & Workplace Infrastructure based in Frankfurt am Main.
The Story: Why “Too Qualified for One Box” Is Your Advantage
For over two decades, I built and steered operational backbones inside top-tier companies across Germany.
Along the way, my career didn’t stay inside a neat corporate silo:
I directed complex Office & Business Operations, keeping high-volume organizational engines running seamlessly.
As a certified Change Manager (ILS), I led teams and leadership through restructuring, digital shifts, and growing pains.
As a certified Health, Safety & Environment Officer (Sicherheitsbeauftragte), I ensured workplace compliance, structural safety, and risk mitigation.
As an HR Generalist (bSb) and multilingual foreign language correspondent (German, English, Spanish), I structured personnel workflows and cross-border team communications.
In traditional recruiting, possessing this breadth of senior experience often leads to a frustrating label: “overqualified” for a single department role.
In the real world of growing businesses, it is exactly what founders and business leaders need: a seasoned, multi-disciplinary operator who steps in, assesses the entire organizational landscape holistically, and fixes operational bottlenecks without requiring a full-time €100k+ HR Executive Manager.
How We Work Together:
Fractional Operations & People Leadership: Senior-level direction on a flexible, monthly retainer (10–15 hours/week).
Targeted Change & Process Sprints: Focused interventions to restructure messy workflows, overhaul office operations, or launch new HR systems.
Advisory & Implementation: No theoretical slide decks that gather dust. I design the operational system specific to your needs and help your team execute it on the ground.

FAQs
What exactly does a “Fractional” Change & Operations Consultant do?
You get senior-level operational direction without the commitment or cost of a full-time executive hire. Rather than sitting on payroll for 40 hours a week, I embed directly into your organization for a set number of hours (typically 10–15 hours per week) to audit bottlenecks, establish modern HR and office workflows, guide change initiatives, and ensure workplace compliance.
Why should we hire you instead of a full-time HR or Operations Manager?
A full-time senior hire costs upwards of €80,000–€100,000 annually plus ~20% employer social contributions, recruiting fees, and long severance risks. Most growing companies (15–60 employees) don’t need 40 hours a week of senior strategy—they need senior systems built quickly. With a fractional model, you get multidisciplinary expertise across HR, Change Management, HSE, and Office Operations at a fraction of the cost, scaling up or down as your needs evolve.
We have unique challenges across HR, workplace safety, and team friction. Do we need multiple consultants?
No. Traditional consulting firms send separate specialists for HR, change processes, and facility/safety compliance, leading to fragmented advice and multiple invoices. Because I hold certified expertise in Change Management, Health & Safety (SiBe), and HR Management (bSb), I assess your business holistically. Your personnel policies, physical office environment, and change communication are aligned within a single cohesive strategy.
How quickly can we get started, and what is the typical onboarding timeline?
We can begin within 5 to 7 business days following our initial discovery call:
- Week 1 (Operational Audit): Reviewing existing workflows, software, HR files, safety documentation, and team pain points.
- Week 2 (Roadmap & Action Plan): Delivering a prioritized 90-day execution backlog.
- Weeks 3+ (Execution): Active hands-on implementation, team workshops, and weekly leadership alignment.
Are you available on-site in Frankfurt or strictly remote?
Both. While digital processes, HRIS maintenance, and documentation can be handled remotely, critical change initiatives, executive alignments, office infrastructure setups, and safety walkthroughs benefit from an on-the-ground presence. I am based in Frankfurt am Main and offer on-site immersion across the Rhein-Main region as well as hybrid setups for distributed teams.
Which languages do we operate in?
I deliver all consulting, documentation, and team facilitation seamlessly in German, English, and Spanish. This is particularly valuable for international scale-ups, multinational teams, and companies integrating non-German-speaking specialists.
How do we ensure data privacy (GDPR / DSGVO) when handling sensitive employee files?
Compliance is built in from day one. Before reviewing any internal personnel or company data, we execute a standardized Data Processing Agreement (AVV under Art. 28 DSGVO) and non-disclosure agreement (NDA), using encrypted, access-restricted workspaces to protect your company and team data.
How do we facilitate relocations?
We structure relocations as an end-to-end, high-touch landing sprint designed to eliminate friction for both the employer and the incoming talent.
Rather than sending links to online portals, we act as the dedicated on-the-ground operational lead in Frankfurt and the Rhein-Main area across four distinct phases:
The 4-Stage Landing Framework
Phase 1: Pre-Arrival Preparation (Weeks 1–4 Before Arrival)
- Candidate Briefing & Intake: Detailed intake call (in German, English, or Spanish) covering family composition, commute preferences, schooling needs, and budget.
- The “German Expat Dossier” (Mietbewerbungsmappe): We compile and translate all required tenant documents into standard German format (SCHUFA explanation letter, proof of income, cover letter, employer guarantee) before they set foot in Germany.
- Appointment Pre-Booking: Securing confirmed municipal registration slots (Bürgeramt) and immigration authority appointments weeks ahead to avoid bureaucratic delays.
- Temporary Serviced Housing: Sourcing vetted 1- to 2-month furnished flats for immediate arrival.
Phase 2: The First 72 Hours (Arrival & Administrative Fast-Track)
- Local Landing Kit: Local SIM connectivity, public transit navigation (RMV / Deutschlandticket), and neighborhood orientation.
- City Registration (Anmeldung): Escorting the hire to the Bürgeramt with the signed landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) to secure their official registration certificate (Meldebescheinigung).
- Tax ID Fast-Tracking: Coordinating with the local tax office (Finanzamt) so HR can run payroll without default high-tax brackets (Tax Class VI).
- Banking & Health Insurance: Activating a local German bank account and transitioning the employee/family into statutory (GKV) or private (PKV) health coverage.
Phase 3: Long-Term Housing & Home Search (Weeks 2–6)
- Targeted Search & Screening: Identifying long-term apartments across Frankfurt (Westend, Sachsenhausen, Bornheim, Nordend) and surrounding commuter hubs (Bad Homburg, Taunus, Offenbach).
- Landlord Direct Outreach: Calling landlords and property managers directly in German to bypass general public queues and position the candidate as a prime tenant.
- Viewing Accompaniment: Attending viewings in person, assessing property condition, and managing application follow-ups.
- Lease Verification & Handover: Reviewing standard lease terms, managing security deposit (Mietkaution) escrow logistics, and conducting the official move-in handover protocol (Wohnungsübergabeprotokoll).
Phase 4: Family, Community & Long-Term Integration (Weeks 4–8)
- School & Childcare Desk: Assisting with municipal daycare (Kita / Krippe) registration via the Frankfurt kindernetfrankfurt system or bilingual/international school admissions.
- Family Benefits: Preparing applications for German child benefits (Kindergeld) and parental allowances.
- Utility & Infrastructure Setup: Sourcing and setting up electricity, high-speed home internet, waste management rules, and mandatory broadcasting fee (ARD ZDF Rundfunkbeitrag) registrations.
